Important Instructions

1. Please enter the ticket numbers only, leaving out any letters, dashes, or special characters that may appear on the ticket.
2. Recently issued tickets may take up to 7 days to appear in the system. If you cannot access your ticket, it may not be in the system.
3. Email support@parksmart.ai with your citation number and any other relevant information you wish to share. Your email will be responded to within 2 business days.
4. Inability to pay a ticket with the online payment system does not excuse payment of any late fees, as stated on the ticket.
5. Currently, online payment is not available for booted or towed vehicles.
6. Credit Card Notice: Internet payment is unavailable if you have disputed a parking ticket payment with your credit card company.
